The team

Criterion Capital focus on sustainable growth, innovative design and long-term value creation. We excel in the acquisition, development, operation and retention of high-value assets. Our portfolio includes prime commercial properties in London, alongside a growing collection of residential and hospitality assets across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. We are a family-run business with family members in key-positions within the company. The family values emanate through the whole business and shape who we are.

HAL is an architectural practice with studios in central London and Liverpool. We believe in simple, legible architecture enhanced through the careful use of texture, pattern and colour. Our approach has developed over a range of projects of varying size and type. From marketing pavilions to masterplanning, detail to delivery, HAL Architects have been involved in key London riverside development schemes – from Royal Wharf in the east to The Brentford Project in the west.

Camlins are landscape architects. We enjoy working with others, thinking creatively to address the pressing environmental concerns of our time and to find shared delight in the natural world. As landscape designers we are uniquely placed to help tackle the causes of climate change and how we live with the consequences. We strive to enhance biodiversity in response to the global crisis, promoting a nature based approach, applied with precision and passion.
