A new landscape-led development for Colliers Wood

Criterion Capital are pleased to bring forward revised proposals for Colliers Gardens, an underused site to the south of Britannia Point that currently provides very little benefit to the town centre.

We have reflected on the previous refused application, the public consultation feedback in July 2025, and meetings with Merton Council to take a fresh approach with a new design.

Our updated proposals will deliver much-needed homes and accommodation, providing high-quality landscaping and greatly improved public spaces at this connection point between Colliers Wood Station and Wandle Park

The updated proposals for Colliers Gardens brings forward three new buildings arranged around a central landscaped space, with a new green, car-free pedestrian route linking the Underground station to Wandle Park. The proposals will introduce high-quality residential accommodation, co-living homes and an aparthotel, alongside public realm improvements that make the ground floor safer, greener and more welcoming.

Our aim is to bring forward a landscape-led development that respects the Town Centre location and provides new crossing routes to connect the town centre and local homes and businesses with Wandle Park to the west of the site.
